這間「匠骰子牛牛肉麵」位於南崁交流道下不遠處,距離國際桃園機場也只有七公里左右而已,用餐時間人潮絡繹不絕,是連外國遊客都會來朝聖的唷,不僅是得過獎的牛肉麵,牛肉部分是使用頂級牛肋條炙燒而成的骰子牛,這可是其他牛肉麵店少見的獨門特色!

湯頭有著數十種藥材與六款辣椒熬煮,愛吃辣的我們覺得整體椒麻味道不刺鼻,因為一樣有加入四大蔬果熬煮,湯頭完全不油膩,開胃又不會過份嗆辣,超級過癮的,湯頭太辣太鹹都可以請店家加湯稀釋唷,桌上也有新鮮橙水可以解辣。

麻辣蒜味選了容易入味的細麵,吸收湯汁速度快,每一口的椒麻味道都很夠,尤其多了滿滿的蒜頭,超級喜歡這種天然濃郁不死鹹的湯頭,不過覺得如果兩種湯頭的麵交換會更完美。

「匠骰子牛牛肉麵」使用骰子牛作為招牌特色,經過專業的炙燒功夫,嚴選產地新鮮食材,熬煮的湯頭濃郁不死鹹,最怕飽餐過後口乾舌燥的我,吃完牛肉麵後完全不會,這點滿讓我訝異的,畢竟真的是很濃郁鮮甜的湯頭,而且兩種湯頭我全都喝光,太好喝拉!!
從炙燒、翻炒、煉油到煲湯都吃得到店家的用心,真的是非常特別的牛肉麵選擇,是來桃園南崁蘆竹區必吃的牛肉麵店!
